| Shrnutí: | The purpose of this study was the analysis of crime against socio economic order caused by organized crime to legitimize the capital. The following specific objectives were established: a) describe the criminal activities of organized crime to legitimize capital; b) interpret the crime of money laundering according to the Organic Law against Organized Crime, and c) Financing of Terrorism in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The following questions were raised as: How is the crime against socio economic order caused by organized crime to legitimize the capital in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela?, What are the criminal activities of organized crime prior to legitimizing capital?, How is the crime of money laundering according to the Organic Law Against Organised and Financial Crime of Terrorism in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela?, How Money Laundering and its connection with organized crime in the order socio economic?. The methodology was qualitative. To achieve the objectives. The research was descriptive - analytical. As documentary research strategy, based on the analysis of the main literature sources was used. Finally he concluded: a) Organized crime is characterized by being structured and constituted by three (3) or more persons to commit a crime concerted in order to commit serious crimes, with permanence in time, settled and permanent; b) organized crime violates the political power to capture them and turn them into felons states, outlaws and failed, becoming a parallel state; and, c) the activities of organized crime affecting the entire society in general, in addition to endanger democratic institutions and economic order affect the immediate effect of corruption that allows them to act with impunity |
