Ciclación de acrilatos promovida por POCl3 como una ruta sintética para la obtención de 4-cloroquinolinas sustituidas
We have synthesized two series of quinolines, e.g., of 4-chloro-3-carboethoxyquiolines and 4-hydroxy-3-carboethoxyquinolines, using a substituted cetoxycarbonyl diethyl acrylate and phosphorus oxychloride as stating materials for the synthesis of 4-aminoquinolines.
