| Riassunto: | The research has as its main object to perform a legal and jurisprudential balance the human right to water in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, determining the current standards regarding the arbitrary suspension of the right to water supply constituted as a human right, by members of the Boards of Condominiums to owners or tenants. For study and further examination was used to design an investigation of documentary descriptive, using documentary analysis technique using analytical chips as data collection instrument. The results allow to conclude that: over the years despite the right to water is considered a human right, there are arbitrary suspensions by Members, Boards Condominium, who have taken extreme measures to stop the supply water service to the owners or tenants of the apartments, as pressure mechanisms for the requirement of a law, which will see what are the jurisprudential standards by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, with regard to this matter |
