| Shrnutí: | This work aims to relate the tratamieto hemodialysis and quality of life of patients who come to the Dialysis Unit of the Central Hospital of Maracay - Edo. Aragua. The research was descriptive correlational, the study population was 47 patients receiving hemodialysis; Nose conducted sampling, we studied 100% of the population, to collect information a questionnaire was structured 24-item different response criteria does not limit me, If I bit limited, limited a lot Yes, almost always, sometimes, also developed an observation guide to verify parameters set in the monitor. The results reported catheter patients as group one (1) and arteriovenous fistula group two (2). Group one (1) had biochemical values, hemoglobin, hematocrit low, high urea and creatinine, group two (2) reported hemogloblina, high hematocrit, low urea and creatinine, the blood pressure 150/90 pre-hemodialysis remain the same, post-dialysis parameters downward trend in some patients ed both groups regarding body weight group one (1) had a gain and interdialytic 2-4 kilos, group two (2) 3 kilos. The quality of life of each patient is seen in group one (1) scored 14 and 10, fair and poor, group two (2) showed scores above 15 points, that is, have a good quality of life. It can be concluded that purification methods specifically the hemodialysis treatment, produce an increased quality of life. |
