| Summary: | This paper analyzes the degree of participation of community councils in the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents, taking as case study the Municipality Ambrosio Plaza, located in Edo Guarenas Miranda. Through research analyzes the importance of the participation of the community councils through social protection committees of children and adolescents, to safeguard the rights of this part of the Venezuelan population in this county. In addition, through interviews described the process of participation of community councils, to report or report cases of children and adolescents as victims of vulnerability to the board protection of children and adolescents, in 2010. Finally, designing a proposed regulation and a training plan to strengthen the participation of social protection committees of Children and Adolescents, which make up the community councils of the Municipality of Guarenas Ambrosio Plaza Miranda State. |
