| Summary: | The general objetive of this research is to evaluate changes in the landscape of Generalisimo Francisco de Miranda Park based on the guidelines for heritage preservation. On such a basis, we developed, framed in a field of investigation, an evaluation type research, taking into account the theoretical foundations, the vision of its creator Roberto Burle Marx, and the changes that this park has suffered with the passing of the years but mainly after the declaration of assets. We generated a document whose fundamental approach departed from the analysis of the East Park in its present condition contrasted with the situation pre declaratory. Finally, it creates some guidelines for conservation and concludes on the basis of floristic, landscape, and use’s analysis that the heritage’s declaratory hasn’t contributed assets, as it should, to preservate design landscape. |
