| Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this paper is to establish the competences of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic in relation to Citizen Power as a Fiscal Control body within the framework of the 1999 Constitution. The following specific objectives were established: a) Defining the role Of Citizen Power; B) Describe the participation of the Republican Moral Council in accordance with the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela; C) Describe the functions of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic; And d) Describe the competencies or attributions of the Comptroller General of the Republic in its relations with the Citizen Power and the Republican Moral Council. The questions that the research was raised were the following: What are the powers of the citizen power ?; What are the functions of the organs that exercise the Citizen Power ?; What is the competence of the Comptroller General of the Republic ?; And finally, what is the competence of the Comptroller General of the Republic in its relations with Citizen Power and the Republican Moral Council? The methodology used was made through a historical analysis of events and laws, bibliographical references corresponding to the chosen theme. The level of analysis of the study was conceived within the method of bibliographic documentary research, taking into consideration the reading of texts and national and foreign laws that regulate the subject. |
