Резюме:VENALCASA S.A. is a packing of milk powder in 1 Kg presentation seen in the need to improve the line 1 of the production process. To do this, we assessed the discomfort of the net weight of the packaged product, designing a cluster sampling method in one step, obtaining the observations were above the customer's specifications (0.99 to 1.01 kg) with a net average of 1.09 kg and 0.11 kg deviation, causing loss of money for unnecessary royalty undermines the competitiveness of the organization and the customer (8.60% of product/work shift ≈ 19180.00 Bs./month), after which it was determined that the probable causes of the variation of the net, after analyzing cause - effect and Pearson correlation factors were machinery, specifically the speed of the worm and the activation time of the same , and the raw material. So, it presented a corrective action plan which reduced the deviations, making adjustments, after recording observations of change in the process environment caused by factors that originated the variability, and found its effectiveness to achieve the process is found in a state of statistical control, but showed a clear tendency to instability and lack of time (Cp <1 and Cpk <1) not be modified. Finally, late in the process verified the absence of possible variations to develop an inspection plan based on the method of cluster sampling in one step, in order to test the effectiveness of process control and improvement.
