| 要約: | To evaluate the prehospital care received in patients diagnosed with Acute Coronary Syndrome, who entered the Cardiology Service of the Military Hospital Dr.: "Carlos Arvelo". Methods: A prospective, descriptive and longitudinal study was carried out. The sample was represented by patients with a diagnosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome, who entered the Cardiology Service during the period, from June 2015 to June 2016. For the statistical treatment of the data, the SPSS version 20.0 program was used. Results: The sample consisted of 132 patients, mean age of the group was 64.4 years, with a minimum age of 36 years and maximum age of 90 years. 54.5% of the patients went to a public hospital, 22% to a private center, 21.2% to integral diagnosis centers and the remaining 2.4% to the doctor's office where they were. 83.3% received medical attention the same day of the coronary event, only 13.6% received care at 24 hours and 3% at 2 to 7 days after the symptomatology. The average time to first medical contact was 176 minutes. Conclusion: medical care is obtained several hours after the onset of symptoms. It is evident that, in order to reduce the associated mortality, greater efforts must be made to obtain adequate care in the prehospital phase. |
