| Резюме: | Medicine is the science and art of caring, as science is the proper philosophy in action and as art is the ultimate expression of the rational spirituality The medical activity is based on axiologic principles integrated in the clinical bioethics, they lead to the search of goodness, wealthfare and hapiness of the individual as well as of the humanity, with the rigorism of an exercise that pretends to be unpolluted and unquestionable. Nevertheless, society has recognized the natural ontologic and sociologic limitations of the human being, consequently such demands are appliable to the purposes but not to the results, this assert brings on the inconvenience of the looseness of the responsability of its practice. Laws and deontologic codes have ruled the practice of medicine with much more insight than in any other human activity, but always with the laudable intention of protecting the substrate of its activity, the healthy or sick human, the present human the future humanity, and the ecologic conditions that allow its existence. However, such amount of responsabilities has not been compensated with one clear and distinct shield of protection, which we try to define, pull together, integrate, up to date and discuss in this work, having as a tool the documental research of the medical laws and the deontological codes of the countries that suscribe the World Medical Organization, all with the teleological aim of building the basis of a medical diceology appliable in our country. |
