| Summary: | To compare the learning curved suture and intracorporeal knotting in conventional laparoscopic and robot assisted. Method: We evaluated 5 individuals in conventional laparoscopic and robotic assisted to perform intracorporeal suturing and tying in inanimate model, which were measured at the scale of GOALS. Results: There were statistically significant differences in relation to time and score on the scale of GOALS in robot-assisted laparoscopy over conventional laparoscopy. Conclusion: The practice complex laparoscopic tasks robotic systems improve and shorten the learning curve in subjects without previous experience in advanced laparoscopy. |
