| Резюме: | It is analyzed how fundamental statistical ideas are incorporated in the mathematics textbooks, particularly in the activities for students. Several authors recommend that fundamental ideas guide the teaching of statistics, since they are the basis for the citizen's statistical training. The presence of fundamental ideas in the activities of primary and secondary school textbooks of the bicentennial collection of Venezuela was analyzed, by classifying them by grade and cognitive requirement. It was found that the treatment of fundamental statistical ideas through activities refers only to two of the four fundamental ideas, and moreover, it is also done through activities of low cognitive demand. |
