| Summary: | Objetive: to evaluate the efficacy of Omega 3 and acetylsalicylic acid as prophylactic treatment in pregnant women with risk factors to hypertensive disorders between nine and twelve weeks to delivery. Method: a descriptive, prospective, longitudinal, comparative and equivalence study was made, with a sample of 120 pregnant women to which there was determined the benefits of the use of Omega 3 and acetylsalicylic acid as prophylactic treatment to hypertensive disorders between nine and twelve weeks to delivery. Results: it was found that the predisponent factors did not influeciate in the pure benefit of the drugs given to the patient because it did not modified the results. The benefit of the use of Omega 3 is 25 times better compare to the patient who received aspirin as prophylactic treatment for hypertensive disorders. |
