Zusammenfassung:This work deals whit the forcible intervention of third parties in the venezuelan labor process, a subject which by its practical implications and limited approach has great legal relevance. The general objective was to analyze dialectically forced intervention of third parties in the venezuelan labor process and in order to achieve this, proposed the following specific objectives: define third and parties, frond the procedural point of view; identify the forms of third party intervention in the venezuelan labor process; differentiate third party intervention in civil lawsuits and work; examine the effects of the so-called third- in the native work process and study the mechanisms granted to third for excercise his right to defense. Consisted of an analytical-interpretive study of conceptual development, based on an comprhensive literatura review, legislative and case law, which extracted the weaknesses of the rule, concluding that there are different ways of incorporating third process, some of which do not have been prescribed by law and others mentioned in it are insufficiently precise. It is noted that the treatment of the institution studied is tailored to the needs of orality and speed, but it is necessary to refine the laws; to that end the writer presented recommendations which may be accepted directly by those who make up the justice system and taken in consideration by those in power to legislate.
