Περίληψη:This study aims to general, assess the effect of two carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) at different concentrations and two levels of glucose on the quality of simple syrup, used in the preparation of a multivitamin for small animals. To start the development of research, we evaluated the physicochemical properties of the CMC used in the plant supplied by a reliable supplier and called CMC-pattern approved, together with CMC from a supplier in CMC-new development, subsequently was the estimate effect of both CMC and glucose on the viscosity of simple syrup, using a factorial experimental design. Subsequently, considering the need for an alternate provider, generates information the needed to contribute to development. The results must more revealing, CMC and glucose factors significantly influence the viscosity of the syrup, in parallel was determined the most appropriate conditions to maintain the viscosity of the syrup within specifications: CMC-new 4% concentration and 4% glucose. It is suggested as an alternative to reduce costs in the formula master of simple syrup, working the new CMC-4% glucose concentration and lower concentration 2%.
