| Summary: | The purpose of this research was to develop instructional content on Emotional Intelligence that allows the contemporary manager of the pharmaceutical industry Roka CA, to develop skills in conflict management and negotiation in the workplace. It was applied qualitative and quantitative research, a group of mostly women, aged between 26 and 45, with more than two years in the company. Then based on the results of the surveys Emotional Intelligence Workshop was propose, focused on experiences. This workshop will be theoretical and practical and will allow managers to reinforce the knowledge they already have about Emotional Intelligence and how to apply it to their daily activities. |
